BECOMING A TENANT

Interested in Renting from Secure Investments Realty and Management?


What you need to apply:

  • Complete and e-sign the online application (Click the Apply Now button for the property)
  • Upload picture of valid identification (driver’s license, Military, or state ID) to the application
  • Pay $50 application fee by credit or debit card
  • Upload Income verification (copy of most recent pay stub; or if self-employed, copy of most recent tax return)to the application

Resident Selection Criteria:

  • No collections or judgments within the last two years
  • 24 months of satisfactory rental history on a lease or mortgage with no evictions in the past 7 years
  • Monthly rent amount cannot exceed 35% of gross monthly income (Your income is three times the monthly rent)

Please note: If you do not meet the income requirement or have poor credit, you may be asked to find a co-signor. A co-signor submits the same application online as you did. In order to qualify, they need to make 5 times the monthly rent and have good credit. Once they are approved, we will send them the co-signor agreement below to sign.

After application is approved, you need to provide the following within 48 hours

  • Security Deposit (paid online through tenant portal)
  • Sign the lease

Before moving in:

  • Transfer utilities into your name and send proof of transfer
  • Pay full first month’s rent online through tenant portal
  • Schedule a move in inspection. We will document any pre-existing conditions of the property with pictures and video at this appointment.
